Get_Data_Simple is a framework which provides the structures and the code to first read the SCT from a selected RIQ file, and then steps through the data pulse by pulse and makes the IQ data accessible to the user in successive range bins.

The script can be run from the MATLAB command prompt by typing "run Get_Dat_Simple". Until you add more code the file selected is simply opened, mapped into memory sequentially, and then closed. The complete program Plot_Iono uses the same framework to gather the data into arrays that are then plotted as traditional ionograms.
