Data from these surveys will support BOEM decision making on updates to the NAZs. FGBNMS requested multibeam mapping support from Navigation Response Branch's multibeam Mobile Integrated Survey Team (MB-MIST). A VDatum separation model was created for the survey area. </ns1:memoPurpose><ns1:comments><ns2:branchComment><ns2:comment>Vertical Control - The field first surveyed to the ellipse using GNSS real time positioning correctors (RTX) and then reduced the data to MLLW using the above mentioned VDatum separation model.</ns2:comment></ns2:branchComment></ns1:comments><ns1:approval><ns1:adequacy>This survey does meet charting specifications and is adequate to supersede prior data.</ns1:adequacy><ns1:discussion>The POS data has an error that is currently being investigated.</ns1:discussion></ns1:approval><ns1:externalSourceData productSubmitted="false"><ns1:discussion xsi:nil="true"></ns1:discussion></ns1:externalSourceData><ns1:verticalControl>There is no Vertical Control requirement for this project. However, the vertical control method used for this survey was VDatum SEP model &quot;2018_BOEM_NAD83-MLLW_NSPMVD_500m2_EPSG6344&quot; and the vertical datum for this project is MLLW.
