Attribution is included in this report. 2023-05-17 Pacific Hydrographic Branch Russel Pickering Point of Contact Port of Corpus Christi PHB Hydrographic survey for the Port of Corpus Christi, Oil Dock 4. Multibeam Echosounder data was retrieved from the Port of Corpus Christi website in an ASCII XYZ irregularly spaced point cloud data file in Texas State Plane South, MLLW, US survey feet. The data was converted to NAD83 (2011) UTM 14N using the Vdatum tool. Depths were converted to meters. All survey methods utilized during this survey were as described in the metadata information provided on the survey smooth sheet accompanying the XYZ data file on the providers website. All data were reviewed for DTONs and none were identified in this survey. Port of Corpus Christi https://portofcc.com/capabilities/hydrographic_surveys/ Despite the estimated disposition of this data as being CATZOC B, this data should supersede prior data of higher CATZOC (A1) due to evidence of recent dredging activity in the area in front of Oil Dock 4. This survey does meet charting specifications and is adequate to supersede prior data.
